Refund and Returns Policy

Due to the nature of digital products, we cannot offer a refund for a change of mind. It is very important that you read the product page, title, and description thoroughly.

Since our digital products can’t be returned, refunds are only available in these cases:

  • You purchased two of the same product accidentally

We’ll gladly refund you for the duplicate purchase(s). Just drop us a note here!

  • There is a technical problem with the product

First, please reach out with specific information about the technical issue. Please inform us if you encounter a consistently reproducible error with the product files that remains unresolved. Note: We will only consider refunding products with alleged technical issues if you provide sufficient information about the error’s creation. 

  • The product was misrepresented in the description

An item is “misrepresented” if it doesn’t match the product description or if an item that was supposed to be included isn’t delivered. Misrepresentation does not include subjective opinions on the quality or appearance of an item. 

  • For example, an item would be misrepresented if the product description

promised clean lines, but the delivered product shows pixelation at 100%. A buyer’s belief that the item “doesn’t look good” or “isn’t high quality compared to other purchased items” does not constitute misrepresentation of the product.

  • We are unable to process refunds in the following situations:
  • checked You no longer require the purchased product.
  • checked You may have changed your mind or found a better product.
  • checked You don’t have enough expertise to use the product.
  • checked You do not have the correct software, as described in the listing, to open and edit the product. You can list the software requirements in various ways, such as by including “Compatible with” information below the product screenshot, file type, or product description. 
  • checked Our system indicates that you may have accidentally downloaded an item.
  • checked You feel that the item is of low quality.
  • checked You are experiencing difficulties downloading the product because of issues with your internet service, which may include insufficient speed, instability, or an inability to handle large downloads; alternatively, you might not know how to use the printer, or you might not know how to use the printer.
  • checked You claim the item is experiencing a technical issue but are unable or unwilling to provide sufficient evidence for it. 
  • checked You made your product purchase more than 30 days ago.

All refunds are at the sole discretion of Creative Process Collective.
